Common questions

Browse available produce on the Products page, click a product, enter your quantity, and confirm your order. You will need to create a consumer account first.

Once the godown confirms your order is ready, you can pick it up directly from the godown location shown on your order, or request a transporter to deliver it to you.

Register as a Farmer on ESSOKO, then deliver your produce to a registered godown near you. The godown will inspect, grade, and accept your produce. You'll receive payment based on the agreed price per kg.

You can cancel an order from your My Orders page as long as it is still in Pending status. Once confirmed by the godown, cancellation requires contacting support.
